In the event of a patient’s death, providers seeking payment for medical services rendered often times must assert a legal claim in order to receive compensation. MedPay Assurance assists its clients in monitoring “Notice to Creditors” listed in the classified section of newspapers throughout the region. When such notice is published, we file a claim on behalf of our clients in the appropriate court to ensure payment.
