Third Party liability (TPL) results from a number of different types of injuries including: slip and falls, automobile accidents, work place injuries, product defects, and many more.  Coverage for these claims is available from a number of sources. 

MedPay Assurance, LLC has developed a number of ways to identify claims that have a potential for reimbursement from a third-party payer. MedPay Assurance trains hospital personnell how to identify third party claims upon admission. We also use finely tuned queries and reports to electronically sort through thousands of claims to identify those most likely to be reimbursed by a third party payer.

Potential third party claims are analysed and investigated to identify available coverage. All available coverage is verified and submitted for payment by MedPay Assurance. MedPay Assurance's claims process is seamlessly integrated into existing hospital claims processes so as not to interrupt internal account handling procedures.
