Cassie Henson serves as a manager and liason between providers and the staff of MedPay Assurance. She is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts assigned to her. She provides guidance and direction on the handling of difficult accounts. She also handles negotiations with insurance companies and attorneys. Mrs. Henson serves an invaluable role in the effective resolution of accounts.
